Cleaning Tips

• Wash and rinse your hands with a mild soap before handling contact lenses.
• Make sure that your soap is free of oil, lotions, and perfume.
• Dry your hands with a clean cloth.
• Use the tip of your index finger to handle contact lenses. 
• Clean lenses with the solution recommended by your doctor.
• Never put contact lenses in your mouth to wet it.
• Clean the lens case each time you use it and let it for air dry.
• Ensure that lens is clean and damage-free before inserting into your eye. 

Wear Contact Lens Safely

• Make sure that the lens is inserted exactly at the centre of your eyes. 
• Wear contact lens maximum for 10 to 12 hours a day. Wearing it for a longer time may cause discomfort and infection to the eye. 
• Insert contact lens before applying the makeup.
• Don't sleep with your contact lens. It increases the risk of eye infection. 
•   Try to keep your eyes moist with re-wetting solutions or saline solutions, as per the doctor's recommendation. 
• Do not share your contact lens with others; it can spread infection from their eyes to yours.
• Do not swim with your contact lenses. It may cause serious infections. 
• Inform your doctor immediately, if you feel pain, blurriness, infection, swelling, redness or irritation.

Tips to remove Contact lens

•   Wash and dry your hands before removing the contact lens.
• After every use, clean the lens. There are many ways to clean different lenses. Use cleaning solutions for cleaning and rinsing. 
•  Clean the case every day and replace it every three months.
•  Remove the lenses before washing off the makeup. 

Before using the contact lenses think whether it suits you. Lenses are not recommended for everyone. Contact lenses are not suitable for the people in the following conditions:

•   If having eye infections
•   If one get severe allergies and having dry eyes
•    If one is not able to take care of the contact lenses
